It’s been a month since I’ve been back in the states. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about my trip to Australia. Not only do I miss Tyler (we are in a long-distance relationship), but I also miss the country, the people and the scenic views.
This is the perfect recipe for when you have too many strawberries on hand from all that strawberry picking you’ve been doing in the summer (or not). Or maybe you just need a light dessert to take to that mid-summer picnic you were invited to. This one’s for you.
I have a love-hate relationship with gluten-free cakes. Sometimes all I want and crave is a chocolate cake that doesn’t taste like cardboard or a giant brownie with too many eggs.
