But when I started journaling I often found it difficult to write anything at all because I didn’t know what to write. What better time than the present to pick up a book and actually use all of this extra time you have to start reading. We no longer have the excuse of “If I had more free time …” If you stand back and think about it, all of the things you said you would do but used the excuse of not having enough time are possible.
