The Sunday Scroll

Hey guys, just thought I would do a little bit of an update post. I haven’t posted in over a week which is disappointing because I had been on a pretty consistent schedule. But this week has been both uninspiring and I’ve also not been feeling 100%, which is the main reason for my lack of posts.

Still not feeling too well today but I’m thinking I may be deficient in some type of vitamin. I’ve been taking a Vitamin B, D, and zinc to see if that will make any difference since these are often the vitamins I’m deficient in from eating gluten-free. I’m starting to get a little bit more energy today so that may be a good sign. I’ve also been taking into consideration that I may be dehydrated now that the temperatures are warming up a bit here in Australia.

So I thought I’d pop on here and share some things I’ve been enjoying this week like these flowers that have started blooming around the house.

Wild orchids
Bottlebrush plant
Wild orchids; not sure what the pink ones are but they’re gorgeous!

Also, I’ve been watching a lot of YouTube and listening to some podcasts lately since it’s been extremely hot in the house and I haven’t been feeling too well. Here are some channels and podcasts I’ve been enjoying:

KalynAbridged

Zoe Sugg

Basically Britt

Desley Jane Plans

Brooke Miccio

Thick & Thin

Gals On the Go

Surprisingly enough I haven’t even had the energy to read much since the Gilmoreathon. I was able to complete 5 of the challenges on that list because I combined some of the challenges so I read 4 books in total in those two weeks. I really enjoyed the readathon especially because it gave me an excuse to read some of those books I’ve had in my TBR pile for a while. But I’m looking forward to hopefully starting The Unhoneymooners by Christina Lauren this week.

I’ll be writing a book post at the end of this month. about the readathon and some other books I’ve bee reading and enjoying lately. I also have some exciting posts coming up this month and the next!

Hope y’all have had an amazing weekend and that your week goes as planned.

xx

  1. These flowers are so beautiful! I wish we had some of these here. This was a nice post. My two favorite podcasts right now are Plant Proof (he’s based in Australia!) and Heal Thy Self. Both are pretty much how to take care of yourself through diet and holistic healing. Very good stuff, you should check it out. Thanks for the update! I don’t get emails anymore, so it’s only when I see you put a new post on Insta that I hop on here. Hope all is well! ❤
