Another year has come and gone. The new year begins in a week. What goals are you ready to accomplish in the next year?

A new year is like a clean slate. Even though we know we won’t follow through with our goals for more than a month, we still set new goals in hopes that one of these years we may actually accomplish something. But a lot can change in a year.

I don’t know about you, but I’m all about planners. Having things planned out for the week and the month gets things in a better perspective. I just struggle with keeping up with them. I’m sure this is true for many of us. I guess you can say it’s a consistent on-again-off-again relationship with planners. But at least I’m consistent, right?

Note to self: Never shop for planners during the holidays weeks before the new year.

I scrambled for a suitable 2018 planner, and by the time I knew it, the shelves were clear. No more planners but the ones I would find set randomly around the store. So I settled for this one. Simple and easy to carry around.

If you have any good planning tips, let me know! I’m always open for better ways to organize myself.

My last week of busy days has finally come to an end! Ended with a weekend roadtrip with family and friends to New Mexico. We visited the Carlsbad Caverns, went snow-tubing in Cloudcroft, New Mexico and also made a stop at the White Sands National Monument. I’ll be posting a travel blog soon about it!

The views in West Texas are amazing! The mountains are awe-inspiring and the sunsets are absolutely beautiful. Here’s an unjustified picture of a sunset on the road to El Paso this weekend.

Hope you all have a wonderful week! Until next post. xx
